Carrie Underwood performed “America the Beautiful” at President-elect Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.
Underwood, who launched her career on “American Idol,” sang shortly after Trump took the oath of office at the U.S. Capitol.
At one point during the performance, Underwood lost the background music and continued singing with the crowd inside the rotunda.
