Pink forced to cancel her upcoming concert after doctor issues warning

Pink has been forced to cancel her Wednesday night concert after being issued a warning by medics.

The singer was set to perform at Wankdorf Stadium in Bern, Switzerland, on Wednesday, July 3. Pink was forced to cancel the concert on “doctors advice” after undergoing a “medical examination.” She is currently on her Summer Carnival tour.

The promoter said in a statement: “It is with great regret that we have to cancel Pink’s concert on Wednesday, 3 July at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be cancelled on doctor’s advice.” They continued: “Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the current tour planning.”

Tickets are to be returned at the place of purchase and refunds will be offered. The promoter also wrote: “We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery.”

The So What? hitmaker is set to perform on Saturday, July 24, in Copenhagen, Denmark. No signs of the singer having to reschedule the Saturday show.

Due to “family medical issues” and her own “respiratory infection” in North America, Pink was forced to postpone her appearances last year. The Never Gonna Not Dance Again singer was forced to postpone a performance in Arlington due to a sinus infection.
